Schedule updates as of December 5th
Pictures / Corbi’s Pickup / Raffle Tickets –Thursday, December 12
o 6pm for Bantam and older; 6:45 for Tots. Team picture after individual please wait for team picture if possible. If you have tot and older, please come later so tots not sitting too long.
o Wrestler should wear singlet and team shirt/shorts issued this week.
o Once picture is complete please go straight to practice gym for weigh in – this is our first OFFICIAL weigh in so please be sure to attend.
o We have a LOT of people this night – please listen to our board and coaches on where to go and keep your children with you so they are not in the hallways.
o CORBIs pickup same time – you must pick up your Corbi’s or make arrangements to have someone get it – we do not have anywhere to store this.
o Raffle Tickets need to be turned in with money.

o CHECK-IN TIME
TOTS / BANTAMS – 8:30 am
MIDGETS/JRS/INT – 11:00 am
Please arrive no later than these times. If wrestling starts and you are not there, you will be forfeited
when your bout comes up. Look for blue highland shirts and sit near each other to assist us in getting the kids to the mats.
o DUAL TEAM – Coach Brian will notify wrestlers on dual team

9:00 am / 9:30 am – Eastern vs. Clearview
10:30 am / 11:00 am – Clearview vs. HIGHLAND
/ 12:00 pm – Eastern vs. HIGHLNAD

o Paulsboro Sunday, December 22nd
Participation award for tots, A great gym for tots to have a first tournament
(T/B – 9 am – M/J/I – 1 pm)
Practice Schedule
o Starting next week, practices will be split. Wrestlers will stay on same nights as current schedule but times will change. Coaches are reviewing roster to determine who goes to which practice. You will be contacted by end of this week.
o New schedule will be – tot practice 6:30 – 7:30 (same as current)
o Older group –early will be 6:00 – 7:15 and late will be 7:15 – 8:45pm – Tues/Thurs
Beef and Beer –Friday January 10th , 2014
o Tickets will be for sale at practices
Door prizes – fantastic Chinese auction – food and drink – lots of fun!
o We are limited in space so please buy early!
o We are still looking for business donations for our Chinese Auction – if you know of anyone willing to donate please contact Maria by January 8th.
